Clement Marcel

Clement Marcel is the monitoring and evaluation data manager at ICAP-Tanzania where he provides technical support for paper-based and computer-based health facility record keeping/health management information systems. Clement also contributes to the development of MS Access database applications for infants diagnosis record management HEI PED and HEI MCH, and provides support on CTC/PMTCT+/PMTCT data. He works in collaboration with country office staff on data management, and monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual report preparation.

Before joining ICAP, Clement worked as a systems analyst at Dar es Salaam City Council, Department of Planning, Monitoring and Statistics. In this position, he was involved in database design, collections, entry, analysis, and compilation, including HIV-related stigma indicator data. In addition, Clement worked with the TCC as an IT Consultant and Raffia bags (T) ltd as an IT Executive.

Clement holds an advanced diploma in computer science from the Institute of Finance Management, Dar es Salaam, and a CCNA (CISCO Certificate).
