Hafsa Khalfani
Hafsa Omari Khalfani is the monitoring & evaluation officer at ICAP Tanzania. In this role, she is responsible for reporting data and tracking targets for prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV and early infant diagnosis.
Before joining ICAP, Hafsa was an evaluation officer for NUFU-funded Kahe Community Health Development Project where she was responsible for ensuring quality data collection, analysis and reporting of indicators. She has also worked with MUCHS-Harvard PMTCT Project as a PMTCT clinical supervisor overseeing daily implementation of PMTCT activities for various facilities in Dar es Salaam.
Hafsa holds a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from the University of Dar es Salaam and a master’s of philosophy degree in international community health from the University of Oslo, Norway.
