Bertha Kasambala
Bertha Kasambala, MD, is the senior program officer responsible for implementation of the ICAP-supported care and treatment program in Kagera, Tanzania.
Before joining ICAP, Bertha worked at Bobirwa ARV Project in "secure the future"– a project sponsored by the Bristol/Myers Squibb Foundation in Bobonung, Botswana, where she was a chairperson of the project management committe. In the position, she coordinated the roll out of the HIV/AIDS care and treatment program.
Bertha received her medical degree in Moscow, USSR.
