Kerry Bruce
Kerry Bruce, CPH, MPH, MA, is the country director for the ICAP-Swaziland Country Program. In this role, she oversees the clinical monitoring and health system strengthening programs supporting antiretroviral treatment care throughout the country. She also leads work to improve pre-service and in-service training with the Ministry of Health and the University of Swaziland Faculty of Health Sciences.
Before joining ICAP in August 2008, Ms. Bruce was supporting health system strengthening and a quality improvement program in Ghana. This work included an innovative program to improve the quality of clinical care settings. She has extensive prior experience in health care programming and evaluation and quality improvement programs. Ms. Bruce has also managed health care programs in Indonesia, Uganda, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
Ms. Bruce was part of the Charter Class of professionals to be certified in public health in 2008. She holds a master of public health degree from Johns Hopkins University and a master of arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
