Gilbert Rwabukwaya

Gilbert Rwabukwaya is a driver for ICAP Rwanda in Kigali. In this role, he drives field officers to ICAP-supported site and distributes mail to ICAP partner.

Before joining ICAP, Gilbert worked as a driver for institutions including ICRC, BDA, CHUK, and Gacaca Court Juridiction.

Gilbert holds a secondary school diploma in mechanics.
