Felix Ndagije

Felix Ndagije, MD, MSc, is an evaluation officer for ICAP Rwanda.

Before joining ICAP, Dr. Ndagije studied tropical pediatrics and child health in the Department of Maternal and Child Health at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, University of Liverpool. Dr. Ndagije also worked at Rwanda’s King Faisal National Referral Hospital where he served as a medical officer in the prevention of mother-to-child transmission (HIV) of HIV program. He also was director of a district hospital in Rwanda.

Dr. Ndagije has led trainings in research, HIV care and treatment, and project management. He has also studied malnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies in HIV-infected children and developed a profile of HIV-infected malnourished children. In addition to maternal and child health, Dr. Ndagije is interested in epidemiology and operational research.

Dr. Ndagije received his medical doctorate from the National University of Rwanda, and a master’s of science degree from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, University of Liverpool, UK.
