Emmanuel Muhinda

Emmanuel Muhinda is finance manager for ICAP Rwanda, responsible for daily finance unit activities including ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Before joining ICAP, Emmanuel worked as a district management advisor in charge of finance and procurement at Umutara Community Resource and Infrastructure Development Program, an OPEC and IFAD-funded project. He also worked at the Office of the Auditor General for State Finances of Rwanda where he was responsible for conducting state audit assignments.

Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in management with a speciality in accounting.
