Etienne Hakizimana

Etienne Hakizimana is a regional nursing officer for ICAP Rwanda in Gisenyi District.

Before joining ICAP, Etienne worked at the Kicukiro Health Center where he helped implement the MTCT-Plus model of HIV care and coordinate HIV/AIDS activities. Etienne has also worked with the Treatment and Research AIDS Center TRAC on a sexworker study.

Etienne holds an advanced diploma A1 in nursing and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public health.
