Consolée Hakizimana

Consolée Hakizimana is human resource coordinator for ICAP Rwanda. Previously, she was an administrative manager for ICAP.

Before joining ICAP, she worked with the Office of the Auditor General. She has also held senior administrative positions with private and public institutions, as well as projects in Rwanda.

Consolee has completed training in human resources management, audit, procurement, and secretarial studies.
