Suzue Saito

Suzue Saito, MA, MIA, is the senior project manager in the monitoring, evaluation and research (MER) unit at ICAP. She manages the routine reporting processes and other cross-cutting MER projects, and serves as the primary MER liaison for Mozambique and Kenya.

Before joining ICAP, Suzue worked with UNICEF, based in Zimbabwe and Mozambique, where she was in charge of its monitoring and evaluation unit. She has substantial international experience in Asia and eastern Europe, as well as master’s degrees from Columbia University in political science and international affairs.
