Neena Philip

Neena Philip, MPH, is a senior project officer for ICAP responsible for the overall coordination of program activities in Tanzania.

Before joining ICAP, Neena worked at the Population Council, where she helped conduct clinical trials on use of reproductive health technologies for the improvement of women's health. She also worked for various relief organizations, providing technical assistance on the monitoring and evaluation of reproductive health programs for conflict-affected populations. Neena has also been involved with domestic issues related to HIV/AIDS, including HIV/AIDS education and outreach, casework management of care of infants with HIV/AIDS, and legal advocacy for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Neena received a master's degree in public health from Columbia University with a concentration on program design and evaluation of reproductive health programs.
