Jennifer Paulk

Jenny Paulk is an ICAP-New York subcontracts manager responsible for overseeing the subagreements in Rwanda, Mozambique, and Cote d'Ivoire. 

Before joining ICAP, Jenny was a project officer for the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions (NFCDCU), where she managed a national asset-building project that placed AmeriCorps VISTA members at credit union sites. Jenny also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger, West Africa, where she planned and executed a number of household and food security projects, including HIV/AIDS education, micro-credit, water sanitation, and large-scale gardening.

Jenny earned a bachelor's degree of sociology from the University of Georgia.
