Antonio Pagan
Antonio Pagan, LMSW, is a senior project officer for ICAP and oversees administration of the program's sites in South Africa.
Before joining ICAP in October 2004, Tony was the senior associate director for HIV Services at the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, developing and implementing programs in three public hospitals (Harlem, Metropolitan, and Lincoln Hospitals) and three diagnostic and treatment centers (Morrisania, Segundo Ruiz Belvis, and Renaissance Diagnostic and Treatment Centers). Tony also trains social work student interns and provides clinical consultation to staff members delivering services to more than 3,000 people living with HIV/AIDS.
As an independent consultant, Tony has provided board and staff development training to various social service organizations. He has held positions on several boards of directors including Planned Parenthood of NYC and Interfaith Neighbors, Inc.
Tony holds a master's degree in clinical social work and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Columbia University.
