Jacinda Jordan
Jacinda Jordan, MPA, is a subcontract manager responsible for overseeing the subagreements in Ethiopia, Nigeria and South Africa.
Before joining ICAP, Jacinda worked as a lead organizer for the Service Employees International Union, where she led a successful campaign to reform publicly funded long-term care programs in Washington State. Jacinda also worked in multiple departments at the University of Washington, School of Medicine.
Jacinda received her master's of public administration in health policy and management from New York University, with a specialization in international health policy and finance. She also holds a bachelor's of arts degree in American History, with a concentration in African-American history.
