Deborah Horowitz

Deborah Horowitz, MPH, is a program associate in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Unit of ICAP. Her responsibilities include various aspects of research, publications, and reporting. Before working at ICAP, Deb conducted women's health research in the Department of OBGYN at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. She has also worked in reproductive health and HIV both domestically and in Latin America.

Deb received her master's degree in public health from Columbia University.
