Kate Dugan
Kate Dugan is training and mentorship programs officer at ICAP. In this role, she supports the ICAP clinical program through the development and execution of training and mentorship programs and materials.
Before joining ICAP, Kate worked with United States-based non-governmental organizations (NGO), MassVote and Democracy Matters, to promote election reform at the state and national levels. She also helped assess health needs in ecovillages in Senegal for CRESP, a Dakar-based NGO promoting sustainable development.
Kate earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Barnard College and is currently pursuing a master's degree in public health.
