Frank Oronsaye

Frank Oronsaye is central monitoring and evaluation advisor. In this role, he supports the design and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation component of the ICAP-Nigeria program.

Before joining ICAP, he was senior field research officer with Women's Health and Action Research Center, Benin City, Edo State, and a research officer with the Association for Reproductive and Family Health, Ibadan, Nigeria. Frank has several years of experience in operations research, monitoring and evaluation. He has coordinated the research, monitoring, and evaluation components of various reproductive health, family planning, and HIV/AIDS projects in about 20 States across Nigeria. He also is experience in tool design, data collection and management.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, and has attended local and international courses/workshops on research methods, monitoring, and evaluation. He also has co-authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
