Olufunmilola Olukeye

Olufunmilola Olukeye LLB, BL, is the human resource manager at ICAP-Nigeria’s central office in Abuja.

Funmilola is a lawyer, administrator and human resources practitioner. Before joining ICAP, she worked as the human resources/administrative manager at Pathfinder International for the USAID-funded Community Participation and Action in the Social Sectors (COMPASS) Project.  She has also worked with BASICS II Nigeria, another USAID-funded Child Survival Project. 

Funmilola holds a bachelor’s of law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria (1992), and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 1993 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (United Kingdom) and is a member of the U.S. Society for Human Resources Management. She has attended various local and international training programs and workshops on human resources, management and leadership.
