Ahmad Luqman

Ahmad Luqman is the regional prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV advisor for ICAP Nigeria in Kaduna State.

Before joining ICAP, Ahmad worked as a medical officer/antiretroviral therapy (ART) physician at Ahmadiyyah Muslim Hospital Kano. In this role, he was in charge of PMTCT, as well as pediatric and adult ART. Ahmad has also worked as a central facilitator for the National Programme on Immunization in Zamfara and Nasarawa States.

Ahmad holds an MBBS degree from the University of Ilorin and a certificate in HIV/AIDS management from the Infectious Diseases Institute at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
