Yahaya Bala

Yahaya Bala, MD, is regional TB/HIV advisor for ICAP-Nigeria-supported sites in Kaduna State.

Before joining ICAP, Yahaya worked with the Global HIV/AIDS Initiative Nigeria as a senior medical services advisor. He also worked with the World Health Organization as a Polio Eradication Officer and on the national program for immunization as a consultant.

Yahaya holds a medical doctorate from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and a master’s degree in public health from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigera.
