Manuel Virgílio Bila

Manuel Virgílio Bila is an administration and logistics officer for ICAP-Mozambique and oversees local staff issues related to the Ministries of Labour, Finance and Health. He also handles office and site procurement and logistics, including local transportation of equipment.

Before joining ICAP, Manuel worked as an administration and logistics assistant for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), providing equipment, including computers, vehicles, audio visual equipment, office stationary and IEC materials, to all 32 UNFPA projects in seven Mozambique provinces. He also worked for various relief organizations, providing logistics and administration assistance to conflict-affected populations during the Mozambique civil war and to subsequent post-war development projects.
