Ann K. Bourns

Ann K. Bourns, MS, MPH, MEd, is a member of the leadership group at the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP). Before joining ICAP, Ann was the associate director of the Macroeconomics and Health and Access projects at the Center for Global Health and Economic Development at Columbia University.

Before joining Columbia, Ann worked with non-governmental and non-profit organizations on international and domestic public health and education initiatives in the United States and overseas. She has been involved in the implementation of health and education programs and coalition building with non-profit organizations. She has also worked as a clinical social worker in New York City.

Ann holds a master's degree in international public health from Harvard University, a master's degree in clinical social work from Columbia University, and a master's degree in counseling and consulting psychology from Harvard University. Ann earned her bacherlor's degree in psychology and political science from the University of Vermont.
