Miriam Rabkin

Miriam Rabkin, MD, MPH, is Director for Development at ICAP. In this
capacity, Dr. Rabkin assists in the development of concepts and proposals based on new priorities and opportunities. Dr. Rabkin is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology at Columbia University, where her clinical practice focuses on HIV/AIDS and primary care.

She is also a faculty member of the Clinical Ethics committee and the Center for Bioethics. Her current work focuses on access to HIV/AIDS care and treatment in resource-limited settings and she has worked to create and expand HIV treatment programs in eight countries in sub-Saharan Africa and in Thailand.

Dr. Rabkin received her MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and her MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health.
