Donald Bentivoglio

Don Bentivoglio is the director of the human resources unit at ICAP.

Before joining ICAP, Don worked as an international human resources consultant with ORC Worldwide and Deloitte and held a variety of human resources positions at McGraw-Hill and the Girl Scouts of the USA.

Don has more than 20 years experience in domestic and international human resources during which he has practiced and consulted in a wide range of domestic and international human resources and compensation areas including: the design and implementation of integrated human resources programs: the design and implementation of U.S., global, and international compensation programs; the design of performance management systems; and the development of EEO programs. He has conducted a wide range of on-site project work in over 20 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America, North America, and Asia. During his career he has worked with and for organizations that included Fortune 50 companies, international nonprofits and non-governmental organizations serving various constituencies in the developing world and U.S.-based nonprofits serving defined populations.

Don holds a BS in industrial relations from Rider University.
