Zilpha Samoei
Zilpha Samoei is the tuberculosis (TB)/HIV coordinator at ICAP Kenya.
Before joining ICAP, Zilpha worked as an assistant provincial TB/leprosy coordinator in Nyanza Province for the National TB/Leprosy Control Program (seconded from the Kenya Association for Prevention of TB and Lung Diseases). In this role, she was responsible for coordinating the implementation of TB/HIV collaborative activities. She has also worked as a field supervisor for home-based care as part of the HIV/AIDS program of Food for the Hungry International.
Zilpha holds a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from the University of Nairobi.
