Eliud Ndungu Mwangi

Eliud Ndungu Mwangi, MD, is a senior program officer for ICAP Kenya in charge of training and precepting healthcare providers in both pediatric and adult HIV/AIDS care and treatment .

Over the years, Dr. Mwangi has worked closely with the National AIDS and STI Control Program (NASCOP) to train many Kenya healthcare workers. Before joining ICAP, he worked at Nyambene District Hospital in the Eastern Province where he facilitated the establishment of a Comprehensive Care Centre.

Dr. Mwangi earned a medical doctorate from the University of Nairobi. He is also a clinical mentor with the Kenya Pediatric Association (KPA).
