Simon Kibera

Simon Kibera is a program officer for ICAP Kenya.

Before joining ICAP, Dr. Kibera spent 18 years as an RCO registered clinical officer with the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Kibera holds a diploma in clinical medicine from the Kenya Medical Training Centre and a diploma in health care management from the Kenya Institute of Management. He also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in project management through Cambridge Association of Managers.
