Mesfin Eshetu

Mesfin Eshetu, MD, is a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) officer for ICAP Ethiopia.

Before joining ICAP, Dr. Mesfin was an M&E team leader for the Global Fund-Assisted HIV/AIDS prevention program.

Dr. Mesfin holds a medical doctorate from Gondor College of Medical Science and a master’s in public health from Addis Ababa Medical Faculty.
