Ibsa Dagne

Ibsa Dagne is disbursement accountant at ICAP Ethiopia. His responsibilities include handling staff payment requests, maintaining financial records and reports, and following up on advance prepayment and credit invoices for timely settlement. He also handles financial stock recording, management of inventory items, and assists the financial manager in preparation of the monthly LLC report.

Before joining ICAP, Ibsa was a project accountant at the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia and an accountant at World Vision Ethiopia.

Ibsa holds a diploma in computer science from HiLCoE School of Computer Science and Technology and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Mekelle University. He has completed various training, including Sun Systems and Vision XL Training, Sun Systems training in ledger accountating, assets registering, and inventory control.
