Hermann Brou

Hermann Brou is the monitoring and evaluation director for ICAP Côte d'Ivoire. Hermann has eight years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. Before joining ICAP, he worked on ANRS research projects: “PEDI-TEST" and "DITRAME plus 3" at PAC-CI, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. He holds a doctorate degree in demography from René Descartes Paris 5 University, a master’s degree in epidemiology and public health from Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2 University, and a statistical engineering degree from ENSEA Abidjan.
