Ayele Zewde Woldehana

Ayele Zewde Woldehana, MD, is a clinical advisor in the ICAP-Ethiopia central office where he provides support to Adama and Wonji Hospitals and the Oromia regional health bureau. Before joining ICAP, Dr. Ayele worked as a counselor, HIV educator, and care and treatment provider for HIV/AIDS patients at the Federal Police Hospital, and was the physician responsible for AIDS diagnosis. He served as a member of the advocacy subcommittee of the National AIDS Council and as vice president of the Ethiopian Medical Association. Dr. Ayele holds a medical doctorate and speciality certificate in internal medicine from Addis Ababa University.
