New York-based Positions (Administrative)

Accountant
Will be responsible for the reconciliation and, monitoring of all financial/accounting transactions of at least two country offices.

Administrative Assistant I
Seeking an administrative assistant who will work with ICAP subcontracts and grants teams to fulfill various administrative duties.

Analytical Accountant
Will function as the primary liaison between the Finance Unit, Regional Country Offices and other units within ICAP.

Associate Finance Director
Will work with faculty and administrators and have responsibility for fiscal coordination and communication with ICAP’s Country Offices

Communications Director
Will be responsible for the strategic planning of ICAP communications initiatives with the goal of achieving high visibility and prominence in the global health and HIV communities, and assisting ICAP's leadership group in seeking funding sources.

Data Analyst
A SAS programmer to assist  in cleaning, management, and analysis of data for the MTCT-plus Initiative Program.

Finance Director
Responsible for the overall financial functions of the Center.

Finance Project Officer  
To provide financial and administrative support for several countries (Angola, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa and Zambia) in the ICAP portfolio.

Grants & Development Manager
To manage the development of reports and renewal requests for ICAP’s grants and cooperative agreements.

Project Officer 1
Will provide financial and administrative support for approximately two countries in the ICAP portfolio.

Project Officer 2
Will provide financial and administrative support for approximately two countries in the ICAP portfolio.

Project Officer 3
Will provide financial and administrative support for approximately two countries in the ICAP portfolio.

Subcontract Manager
Will oversee subawardee monitoring and reporting

Senior Data Analyst
To coordinate the cleaning, management, and analysis of data related to the scale-up of comprehensive HIV services in resource-limited settings

Senior Subcontract Manager
Will focus on all issues related to the successful and efficient execution of subcontract management.
