New York-based Positions (Administrative)

Associate Director for Laboratory Service (Associate Research Scientist)
Will coordinate the implementation of laboratory support in ICAP country programs

Chief Operating Officer
Will manage financial and business planning activities, operations, and human resources.

Director, Development and Grants
Directs and coordinates all Development and Grant Proposal activities at ICAP.

Project Officer
Provides administrative, project and finance-related support for ICAP country programs that are grouped into East, West and Southern Africa clusters.

Regional Program Director (Senior Staff Associate)
Will provide oversight and leadership for ICAP-supported programs focused on HIV and related conditions in several countries in Eastern Africa.

Senior Implementation Director
Will provide oversall strategic and programmatic guidance for the management of ICAP country programs.

Senior Project Officers (4 positions)
Will provide broad managerial support to the development, implementation, and evaluation of HIV prevention, care, and treatment activities for multiple ICAP countries in one of three regional teams.


International Consultancy:

Technical Consultant
Will undertake the development of a variety of HIV products and tools, such as country and program-specific training and education materials.
