International Positions

Associate Director for Field Finance
Will be responsible for the overall financial functions of 11 Africa-based ICAP country offices.

Lesotho:
Clinical Advisor
To provide technical support for multidisciplinary family-focused prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV and care and treatment services in facilities receiving technical support from ICAP.

Mozambique:
Clinical Officer
To provide technical assistance and direct clinical support to specific HIV/AIDS Day Care facilities supported by Columbia.

Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Advisor
To provide technical assistance to and build capacity within the Mozambican National Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV program.

Nurse
To provide technical assistance and direct support to ICAP’s Provincial Clinical Supervisors in the integration and decentralization of HIV/AIDS care and treatment at primary health care.

Pediatrician
To assist the Ministry of Health in the implementation of the national plan to expand pediatric HIV care and treatment.

Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
Will lead the in-country monitoring and evaluation (M&E) team and assume overall coordination for routine M&E activities and knowledge management for ICAP Mozambique.

Nigeria:
Deputy Country Director for Finance and Administration
Manages  all finance and administration functions of ICAP Nigeria.   

South Africa:
Country Director
Provide overall direction to Columbia University's HIV Care and Treatment Programs in South Africa

Programme Coordinator (Stellenbosch University)
Will work with the programme director to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the programme objectives.

Programme Director (Stellenbosch University)

Will manage all aspects of the programme, including strategic planning, programme implementation, budgets, donor/partner relations and team management to ensure its success.

Programme Monitoring Officer (Stellenbosch University)
Will provide technical support in the planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities required for HIV/AIDS care and treatment services for pregnant women, children and families, and serve as a technical resource in facilities supported by collaborating partners.

Swaziland:
Country Director
Responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including strategy, budgets, implementation, and team management to ensure its success.

Program Monitoring Advisor

To improve and ensure the quality, utilization and scope of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services by servings as a technical resource to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.

Tanzania:

Palliative and Home-Based Care Advisor
Provide strategic and technical guidance in the design, planning and implementation of palliative care and home-based care activities in ICAP-supported regions

Zambia:
Country Director
Responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including strategy, budgets, implementation, and team management

Program Coordinator

Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical efforts and field activities by coordinating program information and providing programmatic, administrative, financial and logistical support for the ICAP-Zambia program

Regional:
Regional Laboratory Technical Advisor

To help standardize and implement the laboratory agenda in ICAP country programs.
